Fujiwara Jerky Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This raffle is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Fujiwara Jerky are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• No Purchase Necessary: Three (3) free raffle entries will be awarded to followers of the official Fujiwara Jerky Instagram page, @Fujiwara_Jerky_Shop. To qualify, participants must follow the Instagram page before the raffle entry period ends. A separate drawing will be conducted from the follower base to select the three recipients of these free raffle entries.

• Purchase Entry: For every eligible Fujiwara Jerky product with the title “Waffle” purchased, you will receive one (1) automatic raffle entry. There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive through eligible purchases. Waffle purchases are non-refundable and Fujiwara Jerky may take up to 3 weeks to ship orders.

3. Raffle Period

The raffle begins on February 2nd, 2025, and ends once up to 500 orders of eligible Fujiwara Jerky products with the title “Waffle” have been received or on February 25th 2025. Entries after the up to 500 order threshold will not be accepted.

4. Prize and Redemption

• Prize: A set of four (4) new Advan GT Premium Wheels (18x8 +45 offset, 5x114.3 in Dark Bronze Metallic), valued at $4,000.

• Redemption Options:

• The winner may pick up the prize for free in Buena Park, California.

• Alternatively, the winner can opt for shipping, at their own expense, to an address within the contiguous United States.

5. Drawing and Announcement

• The primary raffle drawing will occur within 5 business days after the raffle entry period closes. A live drawing will occur on a specified date and time via Instagram Live. All entries will be assigned a number in the order they are received (purchases first, followed by the three no-purchase-necessary entries). The list of names and associated entry numbers will be made public prior to the drawing.

• A secondary raffle drawing to determine the three (3) no-purchase-necessary entries will take place 2 days after the primary raffle closes from followers of @Fujiwara_Jerky_Shop on Instagram. A live drawing will occur on a specified date and time via Instagram Live.

• The winner(s) will be announced publicly on our Instagram page and contacted directly via email or social media. Winners are required to respond within 7 days or forfeit winning. Live raffle drawings will be posted on instagram for 48 hours.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries, including up to 500 entries from purchases and 3 no-purchase-necessary entries.

7. Conditions of Participation

• Participants agree to these terms and conditions by entering.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fujiwara Jerky is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other factors outside its control that prevent participation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected for the raffle will only be used to administer the contest and notify winners. It will not be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Miscellaneous

Fujiwara Jerky reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time for any reason. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and any decisions made by Fujiwara Jerky, which are final and binding.
